Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat and Indian Punjabi rapper Honey Singh are generating buzz with the announcement of their upcoming song collaboration.
A video featuring Honey Singh has gone viral on social media, where he affectionately refers to Mehwish Hayat as “Sahili Karachi” while performing a Punjabi rap, causing her to shyly smile at his playful teasing.
In the video’s caption, both artists mention their hometowns, stating, “A connection from Karam Pura to Karachi, something special is coming.”
Honey Singh is a prominent figure in the Indian hip-hop and rap scene, known for Bollywood hits like “Lungi Dance,” “Party All Night,” “Aata Majhi Satakli,” and “Yaar Na Mile.”
After taking a break due to health issues, Honey Singh made his comeback with his new album “Glory” on August 26, 2024, after more than seven and a half years away from the spotlight.
To regain his footing in the industry, Honey Singh is employing various strategies upon his return. He recently collaborated with Mehwish Hayat and shared a video on Instagram announcing their exciting upcoming project.
Mehwish Hayat has also previously mentioned that she is working on Honey Singh’s new track “Color.”
